“If a state does not certify to Congress by that date the votes do not count and Hillary wins.”

How does Hillary win? By what law, rule or precedent?

Unless they changed the law, it would work like this:

If no Presidential candidate wins 270 or more electoral votes, a majority, the 12th Amendment to the Constitution provides for the House of Representatives to decide the Presidential election. If necessary the House would elect the President by majority vote, choosing from the three candidates who received the greatest number of electoral votes. The vote would be taken by state, with each state having one vote.

As quoted from here:
https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/key-dates.html

Now, do you really think the House, which is controlled by Republicans, would vote for Hitlery as President????????

Hopefully this isn’t why they have a television show Designated Survivor. What else do they have planned whatever it is is the problem.

I hope Trump now see’s how truly evil Hillary really is. She could stop this nonsense right away, but she only wants to undermine him and throw the country into chaos. Once Trump is in office, for the good of the country and his own administration, he needs to launch a full scale investigation of the Clintons and prosecute her to the full extent of the law. No mercy.
