Geraldo was on FNC this morning claiming that Cuba was renown for its world-class medical care. Is there anyone out there who would rather be sent to the best hospital in Havana than, say, the Mayo Clinic?
There are two levels of healthcare in Cuba.
For party members and cash-paying foreigners, there are clean, modern hospitals and first-rate care.
For the people of Cuba, there are only decrepit, filthy, disease-ridden death traps crawling with vermin.
