Imagine that, what an amazing, perfectly innocent coinky-dink. I’m telling you, Trump better send an army of lawyers out to WI to nip this stuff in the bud. Just nip it! Scott Walker ought to weight in as well and make sure none of this crap gains any traction.

After a candidate has been declared the winner, the counting continues and the lead might shrink...or expand.
Recognize that absentee ballots aren't counted and conditional ballots aren't examined until after the election day votes are compiled. But, when one candidate's margin over the other exceeds the number of ballots remaining, the state can safely declare a winner.
Thus, the fact that Clinton has gained on Trump since he was declared the winner is not evidence of the Democrats "finding" more votes. Instead, they are votes that have already been cast...and will not be sufficient to overturn the announced result.
