Based on reading the whole story, I see three possibilities:

1. The one subscriber who tweeted about this wanted an excuse when his wife/girlfriend walked in on him watching porn and made the whole thing up, blaming CNN and hoping she was dumb enough to believe him.

2. This is an exceptionally risque cooking show, and one viewer misinterpreted the recipe as something kinky.

3. CNN is lying. Again

All three options are completely plausible.

It was reportedly transgender porn, so I think CNN is guilty of a hate crime by denying this.

Per the original article:

That shows the channel info is CNN, and the show that was supposed to be airing.

So, either it's a photoshop, someone's Tivo box malfunctioned, or CNN and/or RCN are lying.
