It is possible that those around the agent who fired the head shot were sworn to secrecy about what they saw or heard shortly thereafter.
There is NO WAY the SS would admit complicity in Kennedy's murder. That would've been the END of the Secret Service.
There were more than a few witnesses who had been around guns all their lives in Dealy Plaza, none has ever said anything that would even remotely validate the SS gun accident theory. At any rate, IMO, I’d say the notion is barking up the wrong tree.
