He is in stable condition at Akron Children's Hospital Burn Center. Police said he has a long road to recovery. I worked for years at a well known hospital that had one of the finest burn units in the country.Back then (it wasn't recently) the basic attitude regarding people with bad burns was that the lucky ones died quickly...the unlucky ones died slowly.
But with recent advances that may well be no longer true.

The way it was worded, you are right, it sounds like he was upset about the protests against Trump, not the fact that Trump won.
This is the second thread I have seen on it, and both threads seem to interpret it as an elderly man upset about the election result, when it might actually be about a guy upset about the people protesting the result.
Can anyone with more knowledge clarify it?
