My college roommate lived at the end of the street that this house sits on. So I drove by it and it looks weird, not demonic but like an architectural mistake. Like trying to fit a size 13 foot into a size 10 shoe. My roommate went to school with him and I also understand that Ronnie Defeo was cruel abusing animals and the like in grade school. I don’t remember the details but I don’t think the dad was an upstanding citizen either. But I wouldn’t take the house it was offered for free. The history is too sad.
Luntz bought it for 80k back in ‘75. It’s made a nice profit for the owners since then and no spooky stuff since.
Thankfully, the creepy top windows have been replaced.
