You don’t walk up to total strangers in public and make certain that they know that you are carrying a firearm.

It doesn’t sound smart, agreed. But neither does the response, frankly. My point is just that he has the right to carry and if I saw him with his firearm I wouldn’t panic about it. Have never panicked when seen people packing. Doesn’t bother me in the slightest. Have seen maybe a couple hundred times and just assume some people in any crowd are armed.
