It's pretty reasonable to assume that, being an Obumble appointee, he's gonna be updating something.
I think a lot of people are confusing Adm Michael Rogers of the US Navy, Head of NSA, with the former head of the Benghazi investigation, Rep. Mike Rogers, a congressman from Michigan. He abruptly retired after finding no real findings (not really looking) at the end of the investigation, and there was some taint as his wife was CEO of a defense company hired by the State Dept.
