A lot of transgenders can’t get jobs in the real world (oh gee wonder why /sarc ) so they resort to prostitution. This is also why so many more trans have AIDS more than homosexual men. This person is doing more than just trying to pay for his sex change he’s just trying to survive and it would seem he’s really bad off if he’s bartering for food as well as money.
