Trump should announce his intent to deport and tell them leave now, get chance to return, else stay and get permanently deported. Should announce as well that anyone entering no forfeit any future legal admission.
Tell them they have until he is sworn in to self deport. If caught and deported after that, they forfeit all opportunity for future legal status. Take their biometrics as part of the processing.
