Capsaicin (the thing that gives hot peppers their 'hotness,') has been shown in some studies to slow or perhaps reverse the buildup of plaque in the arteries, but it will not stop a heart attack.

The thing that fixed me was a stent to open up the blocked artery. Had I not heeded the warning signs, my wife would have found out why the blockage in the LAD is referred to as "the widow maker."

As for the Co-Q10, I take supplements.

It also stops hemorrhaging.

For many, it also ends tinnitus.

Your stent will eventually result in a serious stroke.
