Probably wise for the “accused” to steer clear of anywhere this kangaroo court can grab them.

Handing out speeding tickets at the Indy 500.

This is pure BS.

Yeah so when can we expect the ICC to prosecute the war crimes committed by Hillary and Obama’s Jihadists in Syria and Libya?

But the ICC is cool with ISIS head-chopping, burning, toturing, mutilating, and all manor of sadistic brutality, all because they don’t belong to the US military.

Maybe the US should just say f+++ it, and point out to ISIS where the hague is, and let the ICC deal with them up close and personal.

They seem almost gleeful as they report this, don’t they?

Subjecting terrorists to harsh treatment in an effort to save lives = bad

Exposing classified information to compromise via private servers, selling out the national interest for “charitable contributions” to a foundation which pays your bills = good

“Members of US armed forces appear to have subjected at least 61 detained persons to torture, cruel treatment, outrages upon personal dignity on the territory of Afghanistan between 1 May 2003 and 31 December 2014,”

I notice it doesn’t even claim that anyone was killed. Did they kill children for fun? That’s a war crime. The above I consider doing their damn job. Let me guess, they didn’t get them their Korans fast enough?

How about look into how the French, for one example, have treated people in their colonies, for the last 30 years?
