"Coverage" not "health care". Give them access to actual care and they won't even notice that an insurance company is no longer involved.
What is needed is de-insurancization. Most people need catastrophic insurance. Other people need long term care, which is a totally different world than routine family care most people need and which should not require insurance. Government interference and insurance has distorted that market into oblivion.
