SEVNICA, Slovenia When Melania Trump was born in 1970, her small industrial hometown on the banks of the Sava River was part of Communist Yugoslavia.

I’ve heard Slovenia is beautiful, it’s definitely on my “To Do List.”
Beautiful!! I just remembered something Melania said early in the race on a fox interview with Greta..she asked something along the lines about trump losing and very calmly said oh but he’ll win because he knows how to win....I’m paraphrasing! Wow prophetic words ...I guess this man never loses know wonder he’s a billionaire! He knows how to play the game...BIGLY!!... most excellent! we picked a winner!
I thought she was Russian.
Re: BTW, wife also noted that during acceptance speech, Melania looked to be wearing a very nice white dress, but it was in actuality a pantsuit, and she laughed because she thinks that was a purposeful dig at Hillary

It really is a beautiful country. Visited Slovenia, along with Croatia, a year or two back. Like Romania they are very happy with their freedom.

Beautiful! I am sure they will see more tourists now for years to come.
William's wife, Kate Middleton, wears her hair in a beautiful updo often and it is stunning and classy.
Well I feel stupid. I thought she was born in Slovakia.
Beautiful women there too.

He really does. The most unhappy kid I have ever seen. Not sure what to make of it.
What a raving beauty!
The NBC article kindly included a google map complete with red map pin showing its location in Europe.
Of course, the assumption is that their readers can find Europe without assistance. Recent news articles indicate that many cannot even point to their own state on a US map.
I get Slovakia and Slovenia confused too.
Have raised boys and have grandsons who have been through his current stage. All hated going anywhere unless it was their idea, hated eating out, wanted to be with their friends, see no reason to wear anything other than a tee shirt and jeans or shorts. He’s just acting like boys his age do. Totally different from most girls. Boys are definitely easier to raise and don’t make such a dent in your bank account.
The future First Lady can wear her hair any darn way she wants. Works for me.
Just don’t cut it short.
Love that purse. She looks great in red. Is that what she wore to the polls?
