Yup. Looking at that map I suspect you are right.

The only blue county in the U.P. is where Marquette is located, home of Northern Michigan University. The kiddies surely outnumber the locals there.

Ann Arbor and East Lansing are lit up blue. As are Flint, Detroit and K’zoo.

Only one that puzzles me is Oakland County, home to some of America’s wealthiest suburbs. Self-loathing idiots!
