Team Clinton likely suspected they were going to lose when they cancelled the NYC fireworks even LAST WEEK.
When she saw the direction of the votes, she probably took to throwing ashtrays and opening another bottle of vodka. Thus, she was in no condition at 2 a.m. to give a speech or anything else.
It was interesting that several of the CNN commentators sided with Clinton, but admitted they would have been livid if the situation were reversed and Trump refused to give a concession.

It was Democratic voters who abandoned her... So why would she bother addressing them? She has the same disdain and disgust for them as she does for the country as a whole. As far as she's concerned - We are all part of the vast right wing conspiracy.

She was probably doing shots last evening. Every time Trump got another EV, she downed another shot of her favorite beverage. By 10 p.m. she was out of it.
