Even if Trump wins, I don't think the ruling class has been emasculated just yet. It'll be a good start though.

• He will still have Soros money undermining democracy and opposing his every move.
• The DNC machine and Media control has been exposed but will remain in place at least for a while.
• He will still have to push his agenda through a bought and paid for Congress.
• He has a YUGE job to do, to turn this ship.

Trump will need to:

• Build the wall, arm the border agents, restore border law.
• Get the import tariffs in place, which he can probably due unilaterally given the trade deficits. However there is a trade commission that he will need to convince or replace the members of. But he probably needs to go further with tariffs than what the WTO allows.
• He's got to get his tax agenda in place, but I think he needs to get the tariffs in place first or simultaneously as that will provide funding to offset any cuts.
• He has to destroy ISIS, and rebuild the military.
• He's got to restore the checks and balances and improve them. Bribes through foundations, Congressmen and federal officers receiving stock options in foreign companies must not stand.
• Split up the media.
• Replace Obamacare.
• Fix the VA.
• Fix the infrastruture

  That's no small agenda.

A mandate (landslide) would help cow the GOPe, and help DJT accomplish your list. Nothing motivates them more than the thought that their applecart might be upended by voting against a popular, successful president (ala Reagan).
