Uh-huh.
People who don’t care enough about society to refrain from committing crimes that land them in prison are going to care enough about society to go through the process of getting on the voting rolls, submitting a ballot through the mail or showing up at a polling place to fill in a ballot and submit it.
And not only that, but I assume he’s thinking that those who go to all that trouble to do something that helps society but doesn’t put any money in their pocket are going to cast their vote for Democrats in general and Hillary in particular.
Does Virginia have polling places inside all their state prisons so that all these felons can vote?
It will sure be interesting to see how all the voting precincts inside these prisons vote.
