I use to do the pan thing until a friend told me this.

Oven on bake 330F. Line a cookie sheet with non stick aluminum foil. Lay out bacon single file.

All ovens are different, so watch cooking time. I cook 20 mins, then flip over. Cook until golden.

Take sheet out and remove bacon from it. Here is the beauty part, wait till the fat solidifies. Roll up foil and toss in trash.

who can wait 20 minutes for the oven to heat up then 40 minutes to cook bacon? Unless you cook in bulk.

I’ve done that before, it comes out pretty good!

I do like having the fat in the frying pan, then throwing a couple of eggs in, sprinkling with black pepper and crushed red pepper, then cook until the eggs get dark brown and crispy on the edges!

Man, I love bacon!

I use a half sheet pan and a cooling rack at 350 for 15 min 20 for crispy. No need to turn. Yummy.
