One good thing Comey has hosed her early voting all week with his first announcement. This new announcement will make zero difference Tuesday, might even make more people mad and vote for Trump against establishment.

I agree.... if anything it helps Trump.... it will either piss Trump supporters even more.... Hillary supporters aren’t changing short of her shooting Beyonce in Times Square.... so that leaves undecided...and this has to make them feel like the fix is in...creates more empathy for the “rigged” system.

ON THE OTHER HAND, he DID say, in detail, that he thought she was guilty, and also - this is important - that he didn't think Lynch would prosecute.
Lynch can prosecute anyway. Lynch received valid opinion from the FBI Director that Hillary is guilty. Lynch can issue her own indictment.
It's Lynch, not Comey, who's the problem. He's taking the heat for her, because SHE WON'T prosecute. All he's saying now is that the new evidence can't force her hand.
Believe it or not, Comey showed a lot of courage TWICE - first in laying out the details of how and why she is guilty and that Lynch is the problem back in July, and second by reopening the investigation at all a week ago. He got jumped, twice, for those things, and he KNEW what was going to happen to him - that few would recognize his courage, and that he'd be hated by millions while the guilty walked free.
Yeah, it would be better if he filed an indictment anyway. But maybe his family is threatened - by verified killers. What would you do? He seems to be walking a razor's edge, and getting out as much as he can while he can.

Herridge said sources in the investigation said there was "explosive" information on the Weiner computer. Bair said the information could possibly lead to indictments (although he backtracked that a bit). There were reports that people previously interviewed by the FBI were being interviewed again. There was the news that Mills' and Palmieri's computers had NOT been destroyed per their immunity deal, leading to the conclusion that info was found that might render their immunity deal null and void. There have been credible reports that there were state.gov emails, some with classified info, on Weiner's computer. There has not been any explanation of how those state.gov emails got on Weiner's computer in the first place.
Comey's letter does nothing toward resolving these issues.
So, you are thinking that Comey et all are really going to prosecute her for CF?
Here’s the thing: Now the Dems will be smarter about emails, servers, they will figure out another way to do their dirty business because of WIKILEAKS.
CF has deep donors, many from foreign countries, who. by the way allow us to have troops in their countries, spies, planes to refuel, bases, etc.
CIA has deep clandestine deals going on in those countries, agents will be threatened, exposed, killed if they don’t get what Hillary promised to give them.
So, you really think anyone is going to stop the CF or charge anyone?
If Pedo ring in the CF and it involves Judges, Presidents, former Presidents, FBI agents, CIA agents, Congress critters, nothing will happen.
We’ve been fooled all along in thinking surely enough evidence to bring Hillary down. WIKIleaks, nothing. She could stab a child in the chest on National TV and people would vote for her.
I think the corruption is so deep and wide and involves so many government people that they will not indict her on CF and SOS criminality.

If Clinton loses in a squeaker, fingers of blame will point to Comey. If Trump loses in a squeaker, dittoes.
Comey has botched this whole thing up so royally. No one trusts him any longer and people of all political stripes believe he has meddled in the political process. He needs to resign.
I didn’t think the FBI would do anything, but the damage was done to the Democrats in early voting and that is why they are upset.
The FBI is not going to do anything about the Clintons.
Comey should have indicted her.
