The most Clinton signs I’ve seen in the Northeast have been in NoVa. Usually on the biggest estate houses.
In my neighborhood (upper middle class, I guess!) & mostly government workers; there are two Trump signs, one Hellary sign & one Johnson sign.
I will say it again there is no enthusiasm for her here. It would be an exaggeration to call in tepid.
