Was that in Rancho Mirage? I’ve always heard about his home there but never this one. It must be the other one that had his model trains housed in a huge room or even a separate building? It was probably the Hewell Houser show that made his hobby known to the public.

The memoir of his valet during those years was just recently released. George Jacobs, ‘Mr. S”. It’s quite enlightening. He got the same treatment Peter Lawford did.

This particular property isn’t mentioned, but his compound down on the Golf Course in the Springs is discussed in some detail, including the train set-up and the Kennedy incident.
