I guarantee you Giuliani, Christie, David Clarke and maybe even Arpaio and Cruz will have the indictments ready to go right after the Inauguration, between the Parade and the Ball. Or, knowing Trump, maybe between the Oath of Office and the Luncheon. No, they will wait until they have fired and replaced all the Obama appointees at DOJ. You do NOT want the prosecution to be handled by an Obama appointee, with an incentive to NOT do a good job.
