Do we really know how much Clinton took? There’s a few hundred K in known donations, but that’s chickenfeed compared to the $250MM number mentioned here.

If that kind of money was paid, it certainly wasn’t paid directly (at least not to any kind of an account that could have been traced by U.S. authorities).

So, it was either paid to:

1) one of the foreign-based Clinton Foundation funds (maybe Canada - I hear that the contributors and amounts are not available to the public), to be used as a general slush fund; or

2) to a Bill and/or Hillary secret bank account somewhere; or

3) to an overseas corporation owned by Bill and/or Hillary for “services” - and somewhere that does not tax corporations on their income, and from which no “dividends” have been paid (so that the Clintons can “legally” declare no income and pay no tax to the US government). Of course, once they are both gone, the shares of said corporation would be subject to Estate Tax before going to Chelsea...unless, of course, those shares were owned by some off-shore trust that would have been set up to benefit Bill, Hillary, Chelsea and any of their descendants.

I am a lawyer specializing in (among other things) estate planning and asset protection. I don’t know if this money was paid to, or for the benefit of, the Clintons. But I DO know that if it was, it wouldn’t have been hard to hide the transfer, or taxation on the income. I am also QUITE sure that Marc Rich has detailed evidence of the amount, payee(s), transfer banks and accounts, etc. - the man is a criminal, but he’s not stupid.
