Is it criminal to tell a candidate a question prior to a debate. It certainly is unethical, but i have not see this reported as a crime.
Actually, it might be a form of un-reported campaign contribution. And, if the media players collude, it might be a conspiracy. But hey, if the media players collude to control the news and freeze independent media out, wouldn't that also be subject to anti-trust? I wouldn't just give up and say "that's the way it always smells, so what..."
