don’t PST files have a limit for a PST folder? I mean a megabyte limit.

I don’t think so my computer guy is always yelling at me to archive my emails as they are taking up tons of space. anyway it sounds like the emails are in a cloud which I know nothing about and refuse to use.

The limit was 2GB in Outlook 2000. It was increased to 20GB in Outlook 2002 and it moved to 50GB in Outlook 2010. So, basically, there is no size limit. You can change the size in the Windows registry.
