Incorrect. One can pardon for unindicted — even undiscovered — crimes.
One cannot pardon FUTURE behavior. But Ford pardoned Nixon for unindicted crimes (besided the one he was impeached for, which is a kind of an indictment), and Carter pardoned ALL draft dodgers.
The investigation and criminal wrongdoing should still go forward so that Obama’s “legacy” will be forever tainted that he protected enemies of the state and dirty dog traitor whores that sold us out for money.
Obama will also be exposed for knowing damned well Hillary had a secret server and no telling what else will be uncovered on HIM!
Here is a thought I had.

There was ALWAYS tension between Obamas and Clintons, even while she was SOS. Many have speculated that SOS was a brokered deal for Hillary's support, even though Obama never liked her.
Here's my thought.
Zero gave the go ahead for the FBI, to torpedo Hillary, one last FU to her.
He then pardons her and her entire cabinet to prevent any investigations that would lead back to him.
(at the same time, it throws the entire election process into question, further damaging our country, which Zero hates)
Nixon was never impeached. He resigned before they could vote on it. And then Ford pardoned him.
But Obama doesn’t want his “legacy” destroyed. Damaging Hillary’s campaign could mean Trump wins and Obama can kiss his legacy goodbye.
The House did impeach him. The equivalent of a Grand Jury indictment. He was found not guilty of the charges in the impeachment by the Senate.
Love to see Trump revoke it as nothing but a criminal act in itself.

One one hand, it would really make Obama look bad. On the other hand, it ensures their silence and keeps them from talking about his own inadequacies.

No, The Power of the Pardon is Absolute, he can pardon for anything and everything even if no charges have been filed. It’s a blanket pardon for crimes between certain dates or whatever.
The President can even make out Blank Pardons and sign them and the dates filled in.

Sorry...your entire statement applies to Bill Clinton. Richard Nixon was never impeached...House never even convened to consider it. Nixon resigned before that probability.
Nixon avoided certain impeachment by resigning...PLEASE answer me. What HIGH Crimes or misdemeanor did NIXON committ. Not his hirelings (who he tried to protect), but Nixon HIMSELF? I was out of town at the time.
