I was just about to write the same thing.

A recent Infowars video suggests that the Comey letter is actually an attempt to deflect attention from the more serious Wikileaks criminal allegations/evidence; moreover the claim is that even if Trump is elected, O will pardon H. Both sound at least plausible to me. I haven’t read the Wikileaks stuff, and I am not sure about Infowars as a solid source of info. Maybe someone else has covered this angle. If I were a betting man, I would not put money on any accountability for the Clintons under any circumstance.

If someone has not yet been criminally charged with anything, how can they be pardoned??

Evidently the power to pardon given to the President by the Constitution is absolute. He basically can issue a prepaid get out of jail free card to anyone. Seems like something we need to look into changing.
