Actually, i would think the lower level have not yet been corrupted. The lower level still envisions the FBI that they dreamed of joining.
Agreed. There are still a great many patriots in all our of alphabet soup agencies; I wouldn't be surprised if many of these leaks are coming from these lower echelon agents who know what is going on is treason.
