I’m getting pushback for making this request. I’ve tried searches on this without your success. Maybe you can explain to me the proper protocol for a search.

For instance, I’ve seen a couple stories about Obama embedding his people into key positions of the civil service federal bureaucracy so that when he is gone — these people will continue his policies —impervious to the ax that federal appointees face. How would I go about searching that.
