There’s about zero chance Hillary would get off the ticket before election day unless Comey recommends an indictment, which is unlikely. Even then it’s probably too late. Obama cannot constitutionally change election day, and any attempt to do so will likely get him shot.

It’s highly likely we’re going to go into election day with one major party nominee under FBI criminal investigation. If she somehow wins anyway, Obama will pardon her.
