Once again, their default position is to lie, even when they don’t need to.
The problem was NOT what Romney said, but that he didn’t own it when called out.
“Yes, there are 47% of Americans who would never consider voting for a Republican because they have been lied to and believe it’s against their best interest. ABSOLUTELY! This faux outrage about this video of Romney is absurd. Leaked by the guy who is doing THE SAME EXACT THING. I pointed that out, and other Republicans called for my resignation. Strange times.
It was a grandson of Jimmy Carter. And Carter expressed great pride in the deed.
