I liked Trick of the Tail when it came out, but it stopped sounding good when I stopped smoking weed

I've never smoked weed, but A Trick of the Tail is their best. "Ripples" still puts a lump in my throat when I hear it. They really missed Hackett when he left.

Hackett is bringing his Genesis Revisited tour nearby in February. He had already left the band by the time of my first Genesis show in 1978. I may have to check him out.
