The Toe Sucker?!
He had to resign after getting caught with a prostitute - I think his affair was ‘outed’ when someone got pics of him on a hotel balcony with her & there was some toe sucking going on (he was sucking hers). He’s carried the label of “Toe Sucker” ever since.
