I believe that this was the reason for the light on her podium at the third debate. She used it to focus her eyes.
An interesting short video is out there, I don’t have it now, but it’s showing Hillarys uncontrollable rapid eye movement..(Nystagmus)...not the ususal eye-rolling over play we’ve seen but a stationary rapid movement........suggesting ‘yet again Neurological’ brain damage?....
At any rate whatever she’s contending with health wise..it’s advancing and it’s not going away.
I’ll see if I can locate that video....her eyes are focused, not roving but both are twitching back and forth in short bursts...clearly seen....
