A muslim refugee in Austria raped a 10 year old boy after claiming he was having a sexual emergency. The Austrian supreme court failed to convict the man because "the prosecution did not prove the 10 YEAR OLD boy did not give consent"

What is the Austria Age of Consent?
The Age of Consent in Austria is 14 years old. The age of consent is the minimum age at which an individual is considered legally old enough to consent to participation in sexual activity. Individuals aged 13 or younger in Austria are not legally able to consent to sexual activity, and such activity may result in prosecution for statutory rape or the equivalent local law.
Austria statutory rape law is violated when an individual has consensual sexual contact with a person under age 14, with a close in age exemption of 3 years. Of a teen under age 16 and is “”not sufficiantly mature to understand the significance of the act””, then the act becomes punishable.

Moslems in the Middle East do try to stay pure in thought and deed. Their concept of maintaining such holiness is to not lust after women. However, we men get strong urges to procreate. However, although masturbating or having sex with a woman is not holy, using a male friend's or an animal's anus as a stand in, is, because one could not possibly have amorous, sinful desires with a fellow male or an animal. In these cases, the friend or little boy are helping the dominant male stay holy, which is holy for them then, too. The animal is not made holy by having sex with it, but it does allow that “special itch” to be scratched in a needed way.
This is how I understand how conservative Moslems, especially in rural areas, properly handle their sexual urges.

I have serious doubts that this story is true. The rape did happen, I read of it from multiple sites.
But this is the first I have heard that the Supreme Court dismissed the case in such a ridiculous way, or at all.
I suspect it is fake.
My skepticism was unfounded.

Unbelievable. They ruled it would not be rape if the attacker did not understand that the boy was saying “no”!!
