US election: Donald Trump's first 100 days in office
BBC ^ | 10/22/2016 | unknown

Republican Donald Trump has set out what he will prioritise in office . . .

Here is his plan for the first 100 days:

1. Appoint Supreme Court justices

Mr Trump has pledged to appoint judges who will uphold the Constitution and thinks "radical" judges that could be appointed by Hillary Clinton would "virtually abolish" the Second Amendment, the right to bear arms. There is a vacancy in the Supreme Court because former justice Antonin Scalia, a conservative, died earlier this year.

2. Change immigration rules

Mr Trump has said undocumented immigrants in the US take jobs that US citizens could have. Controversially, he has also said repeatedly - although not in this speech - that he would build a wall on the southern border that Mexico would pay for, to stop Mexico's criminals and rapists from coming to the US. He also wants to ban Muslims from entering the country in an attempt to prevent terrorism, a move that has provoked fierce criticism from within his own party.

3. Lift energy and drilling restrictions

Mr Trump has said there should be less regulation of energy production and that the US should drill more for oil and gas. He said the country's energy potential remains "untapped".

4. Repeal Obamacare

Mr Trump has called Obamacare a disaster and that he pledges to repeal and replace it. He says it is a job-killer and ineffective.

Obamacare, which is actually the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, is President Barack Obama's signature law and aims to extend health insurance to those in the country that do not have it.

5. Punish firms that send jobs overseas

He has threatened to raise taxes on US-based companies that have moved operations overseas . . .

6. Lower taxes for everyone . . . .

Mr. Trump should just state he will reverse/nullify everything obama has done.

The ‘reset button’ was good enough for everyone in 2008, should be good enough now.

To: 2nd Amendment

The minute he finishes the Oath of Office, he needs to go scorched earth with “You’re fired!” for all of these and all the muzzies the Terrorist in Chief has placed in top government positions. And find the Kenyan’s BC.

he has said he will also examine every single executive order ever made to determine if they can be undone.

Trump believes in rule of law and 3 equal branches of gov’t.

Listen how often Trump uses words such as “civilization” in his speeches. He thinks in a very traditional liberal manner.

He did say that in his speech today. Obozo is throwing a temper tantrum like a two year old about now.

The President has no explicit authority to do this.

Of course the president can PROPOSE a constitutional amendment. So can I. So can you. He cannot introduce it in Congress, but anyone can propose an amendment, or anything else for that matter.

I propose a toast to Trump's proposal.
