Vice President Joe Biden said Friday that he wished he could physically confront Republican nominee Donald Trump over lewd comments the real estate mogul made about women that were captured on tape in 2005.

"The press always asks me don’t I wish I were debating him," Biden, 73, said of the 70-year-old Trump. "No, I wish we were in high school—I could take him behind the gym. That’s what I wish."

Biden addressed Trump's comments while appearing at a campaign event for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Isn't the Vice President's statement "No, I wish we were in high school—I could take him behind the gym" an example of bullying? Wouldn't a high school student who threatened to take another student behind the gym be doing exactly what the White House considers bullying? See, for example White House Stop Bullying Web Site

I guess the Vice President thinks he and his fellow Democrats are exempt from President Obama's anti-bullying campaign:

"In March of 2010, we held the first-ever White House Conference on Bullying Prevention, attended by both the President and First Lady. The conference brought together students, teachers, advocates, the private sector, and policymakers, to discuss ways to make our schools safer. President Obama explained it this way: “If there’s one goal of this conference, it’s to dispel the myth that bullying is just a harmless rite of passage or an inevitable part of growing up. It’s not.”

President Obama forgot to add on "Unless it is one of us or our Democratic friends doing the bullying"

Joe, you’d find yourself in a steaming pile on the ground behind the gym. It’s high time someone shut that gaping pie-hole of yours and I could die happy tomorrow if President Trump could do it, live, on TV for the world to see.
