This time of year the skunks and raccoons do a lot of digging for worms and grubs. Normally I pin down floating row cover netting until the roots are established and then take them off. I have managed to trap all the moles and eliminated them for now. I planted 2 sweet potatoes with common vetch but I see I have two Yukon gold potatoes coming up as volunteers …
