Yes, sorry for leaving that off my missive but for illegals to get and continue working - legally, they must have a social security number, not merely ITINs.

Of course there are employers who skirt the law by hiring people without SS numbers and paying them under the table.

Our local Panera's restaurant that had at one time, lots of Hispanic folk, but put up a notice that they rely on EVerify, only one Hispanic left working at one Panera's closest to me, other two Panera's have NO Hispanics at all, even kitchens!
