Plenty of herbal tea recipes online.
That looks nice. I’m partial to the old English ‘Brown Betty’:

What I’d really like to have, but could never conscience the cost, is a Simplex kettle:

The Simplex kettles are fab.
I have an adorable tea pot made in Germany...similar to the herbal type I posted.
Except the built in steeper holds just 1-2 tea bags.
I love ir.
My grandmother had a little green and white one with the steeper. I think I tossed it before I was old enough to know what it really was.
By the way: I tasted my ‘Sassy Water’ tonight. Mine is overly ‘cucumber-y’; I barely taste the other ingredients. But it is very refreshing, and I’m sure it’s quite ‘diuretic’.
I will experiment.
Some days you may like more cuke taste...other days, ginger....and so on.
I’m upset you tossed gram’s steeper pot....musta been an antique.
