I’ve been under the impression that the manpads were already in Libya under Khadaffy’s control. Once Obama/Clinton had him taken out, the power vacuum commenced. All weapons caches were abandoned by security and the rush to seize the arms began.
Ambassador Chris Stevens was working on acquiring some of these weapons back. Of course, Obama intended on these arms making their way over to Syria.
Stevens knew too much so he had to go. The Republicans are complicit in the cover-up. McCain and his ilk are deep into this.
We know Glen Doherty’s mission was to locate and destroy the MANPADS.
