Also social media is a way to connect and find people. I’m in law enforcement. the last thing I want to do is “re-connect” with all the people i’ve encountered over nearly a quarter century of wearing a badge. Those that need to find me already know where I am. Those that don’t- let’s keep it that way, shall we?

I can understand that. But one can read without posting on some of the site. There is some satisfaction in seeing a pro-Hillary twitter session turning into an anti-Hillary one with some very entertaining tweets.
Only so many hours in the day, though, so I ignore the less informative sites most of the time. Would rather learn something.
