If it was DC, I’m looking for a downside. In any case, I think all continuity of government shelters should be closed and no longer available.
If a government gets us into a nuclear war, I want to know why I would want those same idiots to emerge and remain in charge. It makes no sense.
DC and Manhattan (not Kansas :-) ) are the two worst places to be if there were a nuclear war.
