That is not uncommon a lot of bosses do. Many black women who want to get a head in the business world legally changed their names to ones that sound reasonably normal even if it’s not “Sally, Mary, or Debbie”. Know what I mean?

One nice thing about hood names is that they're often unique and give good results when Googled.
