I have seen some “pranks” on You Tube were a guy has a leather face mask and a chain saw in a parking garage. People get off the elevator and then he starts the saw and chases them all for a joke.
I am waiting until he does that to someone with a conceal carry permit.
I wonder if he will still think it funny after being shot (assuming he survives)?
Some of these “pranks” are down right dangerous.
