I think for her to get the “A” this level, she just needs to adopt and utilize more of their language: “ethnocentricity, gatekeepers, racial bias, barriers, glass ceilings.”

Plus lot’s of multicolor graphs proving that whites make more money than all others races, and men make more than women, always help.
