I guess this is the debate thread.
I’m still on double-secret-probation, so my post won’t show up until it’s irrelevant, if at all.
Despite comments upthread, everybody is watching this debate.
I had to turn it off. Too painful. Trump is not doing well in my opinion. He sounds like Sean Hannity...simply repeating the same points, over and over and over again without effectively shutting down the attacks from the moderators that he had to know were coming.
“Anderson, I’ve said and done things in my life that I’m not proud of, as have you and everyone else in this audience. The October surprise tape that the media has been blaring since Friday is one of those things. Over the past decade, I’ve become deeply concerned with the direction our country has taken and it has opened my eyes to the urgency with which we need to address many serious problems. I am not the person I portayed myself as in that open mike recording. That’s all I will have to say regarding that issue. The American people deserve to now hear some substantive questions and determine which of us most represents their visions for the future of America.”

Glad Trump appears to have hit his stride now. He didn’t start out well.
