I suspect the people that made this decision have never once volunteered their time to coach children. When I coached the kids were great but their parents were terrible. Hint to parents. Don't go to practices let the coach coach.

When I coached the kids were great but their parents were terrible. Hint to parents. Don't go to practices let the coach coach. That is why when you have a club or select team you may recruit a couple of good players but the rest of the team you are recruiting parents.
